Tallinn

A few days ago local belly dancers gave a little show at the Antique Garden in Kuressaare. I hadn't seen this kind of dancers before, so it was a wonderful experience. Enthralling music, colourful skirts, belts with sparkling sequins, coins and bells, flowing scarves...

I think I got some pretty lovely photos and it was good that I got to try out different shutter speeds etc to capture their quick movements.

Here are some photos that were taken on the Midsummer's Eve. It was really surprising that the weather was so lovely and we decided to go to my favourite swimming place in the whole world. I used to spend such wonderful summer days on that beach. 

Almost Retro-Girl. 

Each summer a hard rock/heavy metal festival is held in Vana-Vigala, Estonia. These are my photos from this year which was my 9th festival. 

First Day: 

 The trip to Vana-Vigala begins! 

I wanted to try shooting with the evening sun that was shining in our old room. 
So I decided to use my wonderful cat Sam, who is an excellent model (when she feels like it, of course...).

Random photos taken on my trip to Tallinn, last summer. I didn't know what to do with those random snapshots, but last night I tested some retro-generators. After some sleepless hours I was rather happy with these pictures. Nothing special, just some good memories.

July 2012

Tallinn 

This is one of the last photos I took of my rat Jackie. It's a random snapshot, because she was lying like a funny pancake in her cage.

She died on the 15th of March 2013. 

My little brave ball of fur... She survived an operation while being almost two years old and even in the end she was the most energetic little thing, even though her hind legs were a bit weak. She was about 2,5 years old when she died. 



You will be missed! 

While visiting Tallinn my friend decided that she wants some pwetty-pictures of herself. So on a nice Sunday we went to Kadriorg Park, strolled around and I took some pictures. It was really cold, but we managed to get some pretty decent shots and I'm proud that I could handle the weather, because winter and I don't go together at all.
